Marilyn
Truly enjoyed my restful stay for the weekend. I was offered a room with good views of the sea. Approaching, positive staff that was helpful.

James
The breakfast was good hot, on coffee machine and well priced. Marvellous very central location adjacent to government agencies and Lambton Quay and Molesworth St bus stop and ferry to south Island.
-
William
The breakfast was fresh with good choice of dishes. The staff was responsive, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The location was super central, just off Cuba Street where a lot of the shops and a short walk to town and the restaurants, boutiques and the botanical gardens in Tinokori Rd and Wellington's Interislander Ferry Terminal, and there were a museum and a cathedral close to the venue. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Savoury and warm breakfast, a wide range of options available. Stylish, functional room with an own bathroom and a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. Unbeatable setting, close to the Interisland ferry too, and downtown restaurants and shops as well as public transportation. For tea or coffee visit Bordeaux Bakery and Brasserie nearby.

We were in a marvellous and decent location at a medium distance from Lambton Quay Street. Really good and exceptional staff, everything was good. The booked room was practical and new-fashioned with all the key necessities.
The staff was very unhelpful.

Nice retreat, I didn't want to leave.
The location was very central, favourable close to the Interislander terminal. The staff were supper friendly and accommodating and knew how to help. The room I booked was not cleaned properly with dissatisfied bedding as well and available with comfortable beds, a lovely view.

It was a funky building, the rooms where bright with double bed and single.

Good home base for discovering Wellington with very professional staff who really try to provide personal service. Fresh breakfast on coffee machine, welcome drinks. Quiet central location, close to a ferry port and also close to a museum and a cathedral. Again, walking distance to Old Government Buildings.
Pretty average views from the window.

The room was functional and normal double with a lovely view out to the hills and the shower, for example, met all requests. There were coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge upon arrival. The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to Close to the Beehive, Tinakori Road shops, Parliament and railway station and CBD, Beehive and transport. It also was in perfect to the ferry terminals.

Enchanting and fairly clean hotel with absolutely lovely staff who really try to provide personal service. Exceptionally comfortable beds, coffee and nice sheets in the room. Breakfast with real sausages, basically cereal and bacon.

I booked a superior queen room for 1 night and had a luxurious stay. All the staff was very professional, resolved my issues. It was near Parliament, the station, a supermarket, and the ferry early, quiet central and reasonable location overall.

Sarah
Pastries, fruit, eggs and bacon available for breakfast.
Beds were not that comfortable.

Absolutely lovely staff, breakfasts were delicious.
The room itself was bright and had an excellent view of the green hills from the hotel room. There were coffee & tea makers and fridges, enjoyed it.

The entire hotel was clean and the room was neat and practical. Really good staff, they helped us a lot. The restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner, we ordered excellent dishes. The location was magnificent, within a close distance from Old Government Buildings.

Lovely experience there. Newly decorated fairly clean hotel with great service and views of city. Full cooked breakfast — variety of meals. Patient and top-class staff, free wake up service and ironing. All in all magnificent and ideal location, very close to the CBD and Beehive, and a restaurant. Besides, very convenient to Beehive.
Breakfast similar.
